This 12 month intermediate apprenticeship is aimed at those who want to build their expertise, skills and competencies to make them a truly world class barista. The programme, delivered by Remit Training, provides a flavour of core hospitality, customer service and barista specialism skills. As added value, and like all Starbucks apprentices, you will study towards a full subject specialism qualification – a level 2 Diploma in Customer Service – whereas you will also receive training and support to achieve your English and maths L2 functional skills should you need to.
The Level 3 programme is aimed at our Supervisors and Store Managers and is designed to build your expertise and skills to help you manage a team, workloads and resources. With this programme you will work towards achieving an ILM L3 Diploma in Management as well L2 functional skills in English and maths should you need to.
We offer a broad range of higher and degree level apprenticeships, both to our retail managers and leaders and those who work in field based and support centre role functions. These programmes can offer partners the opportunity to gain a foundation or full degree.
